CHOOSE YOUR TOOLS You don’t need a ton of accessories to take care of your nails. More often than not, a file and a cuticle stick are enough. File delicately from the outside to the centre without creating a back-and-forth movement that will weaken the nail. Every week, try to gently push the cuticles back, ideally after a bath or shower.
