Whit-Love
Just a month removed from shattering the 4:00-barrier at age 85, Ed Whitlock set a 15K world record, and he felt some serious social media love:
LINDA PELLETIER Such an inspiration, I run with my dad who’s 74, a spring chicken. LISA DURAND I just listened to an interview with him. He runs three hours a day! EVERY DAY! Oh, and occasionally he’ll take a day off to run a short race. He considers those his speedwork. MICHAEL BELLS Ed the energizer bunny: he just keeps going.
ALFRED KEEP What an inspiration for us aging runners. GREG BRYSON As one does when one is AWESOME. Ed for the Lou Marsh Trophy.
