Single leg balance

-

Keep your weight equally distributed between the inside and outside of your foot. Keep a straight, but not locked knee on the standing leg. Imagine a horizontal line is drawn between your two hips and keep this line level. Keep your torso vertical. It’s OK to wobble a little, but if you’re swaying too much, place your hand on a wall for assistance.
