Beet the cold smoothie
2 medium bananas, frozen for additional creaminess 1 K cup of berries, frozen 1 cup of beets, cooked or raw 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or choice of milk 1 tbsp maple syrup or alternate sweetener if desired
