Create a club mission statement with inclusivity at the foundation, and make it front and centre on your club’s website, Facebook page and Instagram bio. Encourage your club members to invite a broad base of people to join, and ask diverse individuals to lead your club runs. Recognize that change takes time, that you might make mistakes, and that support may not be universal.
