Dare V Neck Run Bra $60

Medium support 30 to 40 A/B Terracotta/Fluoro Pink, Black, Blue Bolt/Saffron, Heliotrope/Magenta

This spring Brooks introduces three new models into its Dare Run Bra line. The attractive and comfortable V Neck Run Bra has molded cups that lift and separate for a secure and comfortable feeling while running, and provides good support for A and B cup runners. The free-cut edges and minimal seams mean there’s little chance of chafing. Like many of Brooks’s bras, the integrated bottom band is part of the bra itself, providing just the right amount of support without being confining.

Brooks

The wide, adjustable straps, built-in molded cups and integrated bottom band provide excellent support, and the line’s quick-drying technical fabric, free-cut edges and minimal seams perform well.

Dare Zip Run Bra $90

Medium support

30 to 40 A/B to DD/E Orchid Haze, Navy, Black, Magenta/Heliotrope

The Dare Zip is that rare front-closing bra ( by far the easiest style to get on and off ) with a high-quality zipper that doesn’t chafe. The bra’s superwide straps and mid-rise neckline offer secure support that’s comfortable and stress-free. Like all Dare models, the Zip bra offers encapsulation thanks to the built-in molded cups, an integrated bottom band, sweat-wicking technical fabric and free-cut edges, so chafing will not be a concern.

Asics Accelerate Bra $55

Medium support XS to XL Performance Black, Peach Petal

The Accelerate bra has a soft bottom band that feels comfortable against t he skin. The adjustable crossback straps are wide enough to provide good support for running, and the bra's seams are bonded to minimize chafing. Its mesh elements do a good job of keeping you cool, and we like the bra's high neck, which gives a feeling of security. This is a great-looking bra that performs well whether layered under a shirt or tank or worn alone on warm days.

Under Armour Crossback Mid Run Bra $50

Medium support XS to 3X Multiple colourways

The newest version of t his medium support bra from Under Armour is made of lightweight, sweat-wicking material (a blend of polyester and elastane) and features a beautiful keyhole detail that’s big enough to let you get it on and off over your head without too much difficulty, despite its snug bottom band. The higher neckline provides f ull coverage and decent compression, and the removable pads are perforated for breathability. (They’re also marked left and right for ease of replacement, but they are designed not to move during washing, so, with any luck, you won’t find random bra pads on your laundry room f loor.) A simple yet supportive, f lattering and affordable running bra – what more could a runner ask for?

Under Armour Infinity Mid-Run Hook Bra $55

Medium support XS to 2XL Mineral Blue/Mineral Blue/Meteor Pink

We love that this great-looking, medium-support bra from UA has a back hook-and-eye closure, which is unusual in such an affordable bra. The built-in padding and smooth bottom band provide excellent coverage, superior fit and support, and the adjustable straps are a bonus in terms of getting the fit just right. There’s plenty of mesh to keep you dry and cool on long, sweaty runs or during workouts at home. The bra’s polyester-and-elastane construction is sweat-wicking and fast-drying.

Lululemon Enlite Bra Weave $98

High support 30C to 40E Black, Deep Fuchsia, Cassis

Breathable, quick-drying, sweatwicking, and very supportive, the Enlite Bra Weave is perfect for either small- or ample-breasted runners. The built-in cups and four-way stretch nylon-andLycra construction minimize movement while running – something many bras promise but not all deliver. The weave design at the back is beautiful, and the rear hook-and-eye closure (which is integrated into the band, rather than separate, sewn pieces) make it a dream to get on and off.

Lululemon Run Times Bra $74

High support 32B to 38E True Navy, Cassis, Black

Lulu’s Run Times bra gets a big thumbs up. Its built-in, molded cups separate and encapsulate to give a feeling of security, while the sweat-wicking, four-way stretch fabric and perforated mesh in both front and back combine to make for a very comfortable running experience. The band and cups are supportive without chafing, and the adjustable, padded straps can be worn straight or crisscrossed. The rear hook-and-eye closure means you don’t have to struggle to get it off over your head after a sweaty run.
