Plea date set for Northside accused

SYDNEY — An Upper Leitches Creek man is to return to provincial court in December to enter pleas on a host of offences. Bruce Edward Tizzard, 36, is charged with six counts of breaching court orders and single count of theft (involving a retail outlet) and possession of marijuana. The offences allegedly occurred between August and October in North Sydney. Tizzard is now scheduled to plea to the charges Dec. 23.
