Reserve Mines woman arrested on warrant

SYDNEY — A Reserve Mines woman is again in custody after being picked up on an arrest warrant issued for breaching her release conditions. Breagh Marie MacNeil, 20, is charged with 12 counts of breaching court orders and single counts of theft over $5,000, theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property and taking a vehicle without consent. MacNeil was released Nov. 8 after an individual posted $5,000 in property and MacNeil offered an additional $2,000 in personal property to secure her release. An arrest warrant was issued two days later when the individual who posted the bail rendered and told the court MacNeil was not abiding by her conditions. After a brief court appearance Thursday, MacNeil was remanded pending the outcome of a bail hearing now set for Monday.
