PANTHERS ON HOME ICE THIS WEEKEND; JETS HIT THE ROAD

The MacIntyre Chevy Panthers will host the Pro Cresting Penguins in Nova Scotia Female Midget ‘AAA’ Hockey League action at the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre this weekend. The teams meet today at 5 p.m., before wrapping up the two-game series Sunday at 11 a.m. Meanwhile, the Cape Breton Jets will hit the road for Nova Scotia Minor Midget ‘AAA’ Hockey League games against the Admirals and Basin Armada. The Jets play the Admirals today at 8:30 p.m. in Tantallon, before finishing the weekend against the Armada at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday in Bedford.
