Favourite Food: Bacon and eggs. What do you like to eat or drink after your run: Brunch at Governors, or chocolate milk and a banana. Favourite Movie: Mighty Ducks 2. Favourite TV show: Sports on Sportsnet. Favourite Music: Drake - God’s Plan. Favourite Book: The Mighty Tim Horton. What is something you like to do in your spare time? Play hockey, baseball, soccer and basketball.

Favourite motto or expression: Respect - give it to get it. What traits in people do you admire most? People who work hard and always try their best.

Favourite thing about Cape Breton: The people. When did you start running? I was three or four years old when I started doing the kids runs. I was seven years old when I did my first 5km race (Ben Buffett Memorial run) and my first 8km race (Coxheath Hills Trail race).

Why do you like to run? I like to run because it’s fun and I like spending time running with my Mom and the Cape Breton Road Runners.

Favourite place to run: I like to run in New Waterford in the Ben Buffett Memorial run.

Join the Learn to Run program because it’s fun to run with other people.
