We know that our readers love their puzzles and comics, so when we first planned the changes to these pages, we anticipated lots of feedback. We knew you would tell us what we got right and what we got wrong. And you have. Thank you!

Since Monday, hundreds of you have chimed in, sharing your opinions and preferences. And now it’s time for us to respond. Over the coming days, some of the changes you love will stay (for example, the expanded comics offering) and some will evolve (Jumble is coming back!).

Please keep your feedback coming. It’s been helpful for us to hear what you have to say. We’ll continue to sift through everything we’ve heard to determine what else needs to change. Every comment is being reviewed with sincere consideration and more tweaks are forthcoming.

Finally, the awkward section arrangement you’ve experienced this week, where we’ve grouped our sections together, is due to production challenges we’ve encountered. We promise, it’s not permanent. We know it’s hard to navigate and we’re working to fix it. Please stick with us and we’ll have it sorted by week’s end. Like every business, we need to evolve and change, but we trust that you’ll always tell us what you think. We’re as committed as ever to the betterment of our communities and we’re thankful for each of you who helps us do that by opening our pages (both in print and online) every day.
