We offer grateful thanks to the tremendous medical community who cared for Jennifer: her family doctors, Dr. Ritcey, & Dr. Critchley; oncologist Dr. Khodadad & Nurse E. Cooke; Dr. Y. D’intino, Dr. Doyle, Dr. Butler, Dr. Osearne, Dr. Mcgary, Dr. Williams, Dr. Foley, NP Taylor, social workers T. Macneil & K. Popwell, pharmacist P. Shaheen, & music therapist J. Murphy, along with the entire staff of the Cancer Unit, EKG Unit, & CB Regional Hospital. We sincerely thank the entire Palliative Care Team: Dr. Ritter, Dr. Poulis, & Dr. A.F. D’intino, Nurse H. Wynn, all the doctors & VON nurses who helped us to care for Jennifer at home as she wanted. The Meadows Pharmasave team went above & beyond to ensure her medication was easy to understand.
To our extended family: Cousin Judy, Aunts Shannon, Marlene, Mary, & friend Donna Rowe, for their support at home & in hospital over the course of her illness, you were always there. To Aunt Mary Helen, Uncle Philip, Georgia & Pippa, for the beautiful week in Toronto, they are memories for a lifetime. To Kim Gibbons, many thanks for the Hamilton tickets. To the entire Ramsay family & staff of Ramsay’s Honda for all your support to make her bucket list trip to Toronto happen & so many other special events, we will never forget everything you did collectively. Your contribution to Jen’s quality of life is immeasurable.
To friends & neighbours, Wendy and Raylene, who spoke with Jennifer daily; to Madeleine for the monthly movie dates; to Valerie who delivered magazines & the beloved blueberry cheesecake weekly; to Charlene who brought Jennifer’s favourite meals & treats regularly: thank you for your care & love.
Jennifer’s 40th birthday celebration would not have been possible without the love & support of our family & friends who made it such a special night. From the Doyles organizing the food with Charlene Macneil’s delicious buffet, Uncle Andrew Macdonald for the spectacular fireworks, Aunts Lisa Ramsay, Jeanne Mader, & Michelle Marsh for the amazing Hamilton birthday cake, to The Andrew Doyle Band & members of The Blues Merchants for their outdoor concert that everyone enjoyed all evening: we were truly humbled by the many people who came to celebrate Jennifer. We will remember your presence always.

Grateful thanks to Jacquie Gillis & the customers of Mira Stitch’n Post for their quilt raffle & unwavering support. Thank you Ralph & Joan Gillis at Bar Ditch Farms who helped her ride for the last time in June, & to Dream Stables for all the special times with Magic, who meant the world to her.
