-

Sydney/Fort McMurray

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the tragic passing of our beloved Bradley Tynski (35), as a result of an industrial accident on June 6, 2021, in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Born in Sydney, NS, he was the son of Ed and Doreen Tynski and a devoted husband to his beloved wife Candice Tynski. Brad was a dedicated supervisor at Syncrude, a career he was very proud of. He worked with many great coworkers and friends that he referred to as his Fort McMurray family. He is survived by his loving wife and their two fur babies Meeah and Fynn; his parents; sister Dana and brothers, Jason and Brian. Also by his inlaws, Rick and Betty Deveaux, and brother-in-law, Josh (Faith) Deveaux; his treasured nephews and nieces, Justin, Jordan, Jill, Jenna and Sam, along with many close aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Especially three very dear to him, Shannon Hynes, Shawn Drover and Justin Rosetti. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Stanley (Helen) Tynski and John (Mary) Trites, as well as his godparents, Fred and Florie Currie. He had many passions from camping, woodworking, fishing, classic cars, photography, travelling and four wheeling. Prior to moving to Alberta, he was an avid curler at the Sydney and Schooner Curling Clubs, President of the C.B Radio Controlled Modelers Club, as well as a volunteer at the Fortress of Louisburg and a curling coaching assistant. His quick wit and humor brightened the world around him and will never be forgotten. He was kind and generous and quietly helped so many in need in every way he could. The family would like to express our sincerest gratitude to his best friend and colleague, Shannon Hynes, for everything you did, as well as his devoted team at Syncrude; you are forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place as per his wishes and celebrations of life will be held in both Fort McMurray and Sydney at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the SPCA or charity of your choice. Condolences may be sent to the family at www. sydneymemorialchapel.ca or e-mail sydneymemorialchapel@ns.sympatico.ca. Nothing will ever take away the love, laughter and wonderful memories that our hearts hold dear.
