Sentencing date assigned

SYDNEY — A North Sydney man has consented to a further remand until his sentencing next month on impaired driving charges.

Paul Edward MacVicar, 53, has pleaded guilty to four counts of impaired driving and single counts of failing to stop at the scene of an accident, dangerous driving and obstruction by giving police false information.

The offences occurred between 2019 and 2021.

MacVicar is now scheduled to be sentenced July 29.
