Driving ban imposed

SYDNEY — A Sydney man has been prohibited from driving for three years after entering guilty pleas to six offences.

James William Joseph Hogan, 53, pleaded guilty to three counts of breaching court orders and single counts of refusing a breathalyzer demand, evading police, and resisting arrest.

In being credited with seven months on remand, Hogan was sentenced to one-day on each count served by his presence in court.

He was also issued a threeyear driving ban.
