7 DAY FORECAST, CAPE BRETON

CINDY SAYS: Welcome to what I believe will be the nicest day of the week. The first day behind a cold front is always quite comfortable with low humidity and sunshine. Friday will also be pleasant as a fair-weather system drifts across the region. This is not a clean high; by that, I mean there will be clouds in and out of our skies all weekend. If you’re a farmer or gardener hoping for some rain, I don’t have great news. The next two weather systems will track along a frontal boundary that will stretch from central Quebec to southeastern Labrador. We will be on the increasingly muggy but rain-free side of the system until at least midweek.
