KENDALL, Rita Veronica (nee MacDougall)

1951-2021

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of a great mom and nana on June 6 2021 in her 70th year after a 2 year battle with breast cancer. Born in Sydney, Nova Scotia on Dec. 10, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Hector MacDougall and the late Ethel MacDougall (nee MacKinnon). She was beloved wife to the late Gil Kendall. A loving mother to Lisa (Terry ) and Marie (Roy). A one of a kind nana to Kayley, Keegan and Payten. Dear sister to Ray (Marillian), Donnie (Bonnie) and Earl King. She also leaves behind many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins

and good friends. Rita was predeceased by brothers Roddie and Donald. Rita always had the most positive outlook and kindest heart towards all those around her. She cherished spending time with family, going out for lunch with the girls and

being in Cape Breton. She will be deeply missed by so many family and friends. Cremation has taken place in New Brunswick. No services are planned at this time.
