Plea date assigned to Sydney man
SYDNEY — A 34-year-old Sydney man is to return to provincial court in October to enter pleas on a host of offences.
Andrew Scott Hennick, 34, of Johnston Street is charged with 10 counts of breaching court orders, two counts of possession of stolen property, and single counts of dangerous driving, evading police, possession (drugs), mischief, trespassing at night, theft and resisting arrest.
Hennick has been released on conditions that include he have no contact with three people, he refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed him, report in person to police once a week, adhere to a curfew and not be in the front seat of any vehicle.
He is now scheduled to enter pleas Oct. 3.
Hennick was also facing charges of impaired driving, refusing a breathalyzer demand and breaching a court order but those offences have now been dismissed.
