Fergus Scottish Festival & Highland Games

The Fergus Scottish Festival & Highland Games is back this summer to celebrate its 75th anniversary 2.021. Held completely online for the second time since it began in 1946, the three-day gathering will honour Scottish heritage and history through music, dance, athletics and more. After a very successful event in 2020 with their “Wee Digital Ceilidh,” Festival organizers aim to take this year's virtual experience to the next level. The 2021 Festival - the "Wee Digital Ceilidh 2 Go" - will include everything found at the live festival, from Pipes and Drums, Heavy Events and Highland dance competitions to greetings from the Clans and musical contributions. In true "Scottish spirit,” the event's planners are no strangers to challenges, and promise attendees an experience unlike any other. All festival events will be available online. Those looking for something fresh this year will be pleased as the Festival has several surprises “in its sporran” - including new features that have never been seen before.
