Adam Waxman’s Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1 8oz package cream cheese 1 cup whipped cream 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 9” graham cracker pie crust 1/4 cup peanuts 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, 1⁄2 cup whipped cream, peanut butter and sugar together until smoothly blended. Melt 1/4 cup chocolate (add water to dilute). Pour chocolate onto pie crust. Pour mixture over chocolate. Melt remaining chocolate overtop of mixture. Spread remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle peanuts. Enjoy! Serves 6
