Rocky Mountain Bicycles Wins Design & Innovation Award

In the new year, cult brand Rocky Mountain from Vancouver announced that their all-new Altitude Powerplay Carbon 70 was the winner of the Design & Innovation Award eMTB in 2021.

“Many brands claim that their eMTB has the same ride sensation as a conventional mountain bike, but we’ve yet to find one with as much truth behind their words as Rocky Mountain,” claimed the judges. “At the heart of this bike is the brand’s own motor, and the Altitude Powerplay demonstrates a level of off-road handling that we’ve not encountered on an eMTB thus far; in terms of agility, it’s no understatement to say that this Rocky has set a new benchmark.”
