Ohio man in hospital after fall in Windsor

WINDSOR, Ont. / An Ohio State University student in his early 20s was in hospital Sunday after falling from the second floor level of a Windsor hotel late Saturday night.

The man sustained head injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance. The incident took place shortly after 11 p.m.

A security guard who was working outside a nightclub across the street from the hotel, said the man was on the second level by himself and had climbed over the railing. He was holding onto the railing with his feet balancing on the outside ledge when he threw some belongings down onto the sidewalk.
