Just a few days left to show us your 99
Mark anniversary of Gretzky’s trade with your memorabilia
We’re marking the anniversary of The Great One’s trade on Aug. 9, and we’d like you to be a part of it — so much so, that we’re extending the deadline for submissions.
The deadline is now Tuesday, giving you the long weekend to dig up your cherished piece of Wayne Gretzky memorabilia or arrange your collection of all things 99 and take a photo of you with it.
We’ve seen some great photos so far. They’re so good, we want to see even more faces of the many Gretzky fans we know are out there!
So bring on the hockey cards, photos, jerseys, sticks, life-size cut-outs or action figures. Show us your shrines (we’ve seen some pretty good ones already!) or perhaps you had your photo taken with Wayne back in the day — take a new photo of you with your cherished memorabilia.
