MARIE'S MINT AVOCADO DIP

Makes: About 5 cups (1.25 L) Preparatio­n time: About 15 minutes 4 avocados, cubed small 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt Tabasco sauce to taste One bunch mint, leaves only, chopped fine 3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh lime juice, or more to taste Salt and pepper to taste Drizzle of honey Mix all ingredient­s, keeping avocados somewhat chunky.

Serve with tortilla chips.
