A sequel to the 2013 hit Teen Beach Movie, this lighthearted new musical picks up the action at the close of summer. The relationship between laid-back Brady (Ross Lynch) and bookworm Mack (Maia Mitchell, The Fosters), seems headed for a wipeout when they get a real-world surprise visit from Lela and Tanner (Grace Phipps, Garrett Clayton), two characters from the 1960s movie musical West Side Story. This odd reality show has made it to a season finale, despite being criticized as a throwback to the Victorian era, when the upper classes paid for tours of poor London neighbourhoods to reinforce their belief they had earned their riches and the poor deserved their rags.
