HBO plans miniseries about Trump, Clinton

Let the armchair casting begin: HBO has announced plans to make a miniseries about the wild 2016 U.S. presidential race that came down to Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton. Jay Roach, who executive-produced HBO’s Lyndon B. Johnson biopic All the Way, is signed on to direct, with Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman as executive producers.
