SILVER STREAK

-

The first cinematic pairing between Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder is also considered to be one of the best by fans of the two comic legends, who team up to solve a murder and a mystery in Silver Streak. Wilder plays book editor George Caldwell while Pryor is petty thief Grover T. Muldoon, who is roped into the situation by an increasingly desperate Caldwell. The oddball pairing find themselves caught between law enforcement and cold blooded killers in this comedy classic, which was chosen by the American Film Institute as one of the top films in its ranking of 100 Years, 100 Laughs in a 2000 poll of critics.
