Troika to give away home in Stewart Greens
The weatherman expects the sun to shine on Edmonton this weekend, and lady luck could end up shining on one lucky show home visitor as well.
Troika Management Corp. is hosting a lottery event on Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., offering a chance to win a free house in the newest phase of the company’s West Edmonton development, Stewart Greens. The local developer will also be providing a free lunch during Sunday’s festivities to celebrate Father’s Day.
Visitors can enter to win a free house by visiting Stewart Greens’ three show homes and entering a seven-digit number of their choosing into a certified lottery machine. However, while it’s free to register, the lottery will only be open to the first 1,000 visitors.
“We are committed to creating a happy community, and what better way to make people happy than by trying to give away a free house,” said Renee Wasylyk, CEO of Troika Management Corp. “With the success of the first four stages at Stewart Greens and the anticipation of our fifth, it seems like a great time to celebrate the community in a unique way. This event is fun, it’s suspenseful, it’s entertaining — the perfect weekend activity for families.”
Stewart Greens is located at 20621 98A Avenue NW, in the Lewis Estates area of West Edmonton. Aiming to inspire residents to participate in healthy outdoor living while promoting happiness, Troika established the neighbourhood with surrounding parkland and an extensive trail network that offers convenient biking and walking options.
The development sits next to the Lewis Estates Golf Course, and is located minutes from a variety of family doctors and dentists, shopping centres, schools, and sports and recreation facilities. Plus, Stewart Greens is positioned for convenience when the Valley Line LRT snakes its way to West Edmonton.
“Stewart Greens offers a really great way for young families to get into the market and out of a rental or out of a condo and actually have their own home with a yard and a garage,” Wasylyk said.
Stewart Greens features a mix of single-family detached and duplex homes starting at around $350,000, with town houses earmarked for future development. Neighbourhood builders include City Homes, Daytona Homes, Kirkland Homes and TroiWest Builders.
“People choose to live here for the friendliness and happiness that our residents enjoy,” Wasylyk said. “We call it west Edmonton’s happiest community. We are committed to keeping this community centred around events and homes that create that feeling.”
