That experience is created through little things, like a friendly smile and common courtesy, and through more direct actions like the Lexus of Edmonton VIP Experience. This includes chauffeur and valet service to and from your appointment, complimentary breakfasts, and a spa offering manicures, pedicures and fresh baked cookies.
“It’s all these things to make people look forward to their service appointment as opposed to something that gets in the way of their schedule,” says Miller. “There are a lot of little things that add up.”
Exceptional customer service is a culture at Lexus of Edmonton that is embodied in everyone who works there. “We build our team based on hospitality with people who really care about customer service and creating an experience,” says Miller. “When we interview we look for people that have that real care for how people are going to experience their visit to our dealership. If the language people use is looking after people and building relationships with people, we know they’re a great fit for the culture of our store.”
What also elevates Lexus of Edmonton is its relationship with the community. The company regularly gives back to the community including offering up their space as a venue to host charitable events.
