MAN GRABBED BOY BY THROAT IN ROAD RAGE INCIDENT, POLICE SAY

-

A man is facing charges after allegedly attacking a child in a road rage incident in Ontario. Police say the accused, 46, was the passenger in a car that had been speeding through a Kingston, Ont., parking lot. They say a near collision resulted in him “flipping off” another driver. Police allege that after the other driver parked his vehicle, the accused yelled racial remarks and threatened to have him killed. When the driver’s son told the accused not to speak to his father like that, the accused allegedly grabbed the boy, 13, by the throat.
