Flank steak is a great way to enjoy a juicy steak without breaking the bank. However, it’s important to prepare it properly.
Our spicy and flavourful Jerk Flank Steak is infused with allspice, lime, jalapeno, cinnamon, thyme, garlic and fresh cilantro, transporting you to the shores of Jamaica with just one bite.
Pair your steak with our refreshing Kale and Mango Slaw. Colourful kale, mango, carrots and daikon are dressed with a sweet-and-tangy honey poppyseed vinaigrette, with a couple of Thai chilies for some heat.
A concern with raw kale is that it can be tough; our recipe prevents this problem by ensuring that the kale is thinly sliced and has time to soften in the vinaigrette. Alternatively, the kale can be replaced with baby kale, spinach or other salad greens.
