As part of 100 in 1Day (100 positive civic actions in a day) event, Chelsea Whitty, above, decorated the crosswalk near 104 Street and 102 Avenue with balloons and flowers in an attempt to make it safer for pedestrians. The gold balloons spelled out “Walk.”
