Join Edmonton Meals on Wheels on Thursday, Sept. 20 at Yellowhead Brewery for a night of music, brewery tours and more! With over 70 prizes to be won, it’s sure to be a night of winning big.
It’s always good to remember that while silent auctions and raffles are fun, the real winners here are the Edmonton Meals on Wheels clients who benefit from all proceeds raised throughout this fun night.
A successful Beers and Bands means that your homebound neighbours will continue to receive fresh and tasty meals to their homes, will still have the benefit of someone checking in on them with each delivery, and can continue to count on a friendly volunteer to break the isolation that they feel day in and day out.
Your support means that your neighbours in need can continue to live happy and healthy in their own homes. Funds raised will be going towards covering the costs of meal subsidy and fueling and maintenance of daily delivery vans. So, what are you waiting for?
