Cadillac celebrates 15 years of V-Series
Anniversary Pedestal edition available on 2019 ATS-V and CTS-V models
The third generation of the Cadillac V-Series is coming to an end, and to send it off, Cadillac is making 300 Pedestal Edition models in an exclusive colour called Bronze Sand Metallic.
Available on the 2019 ATS-V and CTS-V, the Pedestal Edition features a whole raft of exclusive upgrades and technology. Each one will receive the special paint, with black chrome trim and grille surround. The wheels are finished in After Midnight and are made of a forged light alloy in the V-Series style. Brembo brakes peek out from behind the spokes to enhance the sporty looks.
Inside, we find Recaro seats covered in Jet Black semi-aniline leather, with micro-suede inserts in a colour Cadillac calls Light Wheat. Carbon-fibre trim is peppered everywhere, and so is bronze thread to match the exterior. An integrated Performance Data Recorder video-data system with Cosworth Toolbox driver analysis software is standard on both cars if you want to take them to the track, and next-generation infotainment is also standard.
There are two options available for the CTS-V: the Carbon Fibre package (which is standard on the ATS-V), and the Luxury package.
The Pedestal Editions will be available to order the first week of November at US$77,090 for the ATS -V Coupe, and US$102,590 for the CTS -V Super Sedan, which includes tuition and luxury accommodation for the Cadillac VPerformance Academy in Nevada.
Canadian pricing has not been announced.
