Fac­tors like house size, prop­erty size, sale price, lo­ca­tion and ma­jor ren­o­va­tions can in­flu­ence prop­erty as­sess­ment val­ues as­signed each year by the city. Here’s how Ed­mon­ton neigh­bour­hoods’ av­er­age prop­erty val­ues in 2018 com­pared to the pre­vi­ous year for de­tached sin­gle-fam­ily homes.
