Protest oil projects closer to home

-

Why doesn’t Greta The Grinch stay home and focus on her own country and its neighbour? The Johan Sverdrup Oilfield Project in Norway was commissioned just a few days ago this October and will produce 660,000 barrels of oil a day from deepsea drilling in the North Sea and will be providing Greta’s home country, Sweden, with some of its energy needs.

What about a potential oil spill there, Greta, and the carbon footprint related to that much oil. Aren’t you worried about that?

Why does the Grinch come here to campaign when she can stay home to do the same job and have less of a carbon footprint to boot? Could it possibly be because she is funded by American interests to injure Alberta, a competitor to the American oil and natural gas interests? Jim Richl, Sherwood Park
