Could this idea be any cooler? As people flock to video conferencing apps like Zoom while in self-isolation, interior design website Modsy is offering backgrounds that make it look like you’re beaming in from a room inspired by the TV show Friends.

Not only is it a fun way to physically distance, but it also saves you from scrambling to tidy the mess around you before you log on.

To be clear, the backgrounds aren’t exact replicas of the Friends set but contemporary versions.

Monica and Chandler’s apartment, for instance, forgoes the purple walls but keeps the purple door and some accessories.

There are also versions of Rachel and Joey ’s apartments, and backgrounds inspired by Golden Girls, Sex and the City, Frasier and Seinfeld.
