Builder/developer Brookfield Residential has 12 nominations provincewide.

“Brookfield in Edmonton has never won a national award so this number of nominations for both Edmonton and Calgary is pretty exciting,” says Raegan Sather, senior manager of strategic marketing.

Whetting the judges' appetites was Brookfield's Avocado Toast initiative, which targeted young townhome buyers, nominated for Best Website and Best Digital Campaign. Brookfield also placed for its #Stayhome video and Brookfield DIY social media campaign.
