Permit process will hurt home builders

Is the general public aware of the impending OSCAM permit process the City of Edmonton is imposing? Active as of Nov. 1.

The massive delays, the massive costs, and the fact the City of Edmonton snowballed this huge cash grab.

Sent it through a Zoom meeting and didn't allow the Home Builders' Association to actually ask proper questions. This is going to ruin the home building industry in Edmonton.

Every trade is supposed to pull it. Every builder is supposed to pull it. There is so much depth and information in this that I can't even scratch the surface.
