Edmonton Sun - - LIFE - — rita demontis

KISSIMMEE, Florida — Would you visit a nudist beach? according to a recent british poll of 2,000 people over the age of 45, apparently visiting a nudist beach is a bucket-list wanna do!

That along with camping at a music festival and getting remarried are activities people want to achieve in their lifetime.

Others among the top 50 bucket list items include: getting a new tattoo, eating in a Michelin-starred restaurant, attending a school reunion and taking a hot-air balloon ride.

The commissioned study also revealed that three quarters of those participating in the commissioned study believe it’s important to live life to the fullest, while 4 in 10 don’t think anything — especially age — should get in the way.

almost a third describe themselves as adventurous while 71% are open to trying new experiences. and half admit they want to tick things off their list to feel they have made the most of life; while 58 per cent want to do so purely to make memories.

One in four of those polled via Onepoll want to complete some kind of challenge to prove to themselves they are still physically and/or mentally capable, such as climbing a mountain, writing a novel or learning a new language. Getting nude is a top contender, notes the american assoc., of Nude recreation (aanr), who have been a leading authority on wholesome, familystyle nude recreation in North america for 88 years.

What else are over-40s looking to do? climb a mountain, run a marathon, change their career, ride a motorbike, bungee jump, sing in public and ... get a cat.
