John Kryk’s quick thoughts on Week 6 games (all on Sunday unless noted):
Giants at Patriots, Thursday, 6:20 p.m.: yet another young Qb for belichick to embarrass.
Panthers at Buccaneers in London, 7:30 a.m.: carolina with cam Newton: 0-2. carolina with Kyle allen: 3-0.
Bengals at Ravens, 11 a.m.: Three of cincinnati’s five losses were narrow. This could be close too.
Seahawks at Browns, 11 a.m.: russell Wilson is on fire right now. Watch and learn, baker.
Saints at Jaguars, 11 a.m.: can Teddy bridgewater improve to 4-0 as starter?
Texans at Chiefs, 11 a.m.: battle of the 2017 round 1 Qb superstars, Watson and Mahomes.
Redskins at Dolphins, 11 a.m.: If both always punt on first down, we’ll know these winless teams really are tanking.
Eagles at Vikings, 11 a.m.: Philly returns to a special place. both defences playing really well right now.
Falcons at Cardinals, 2:05 p.m.: arizona (1-3-1) has a better record than atlanta (1-4). chew on that.
49ers at Rams, 2:05 p.m.: Los angeles is looking up at both san Fran and seattle in NFC West. big game for rams.
Titans at Broncos, 2:25 p.m.: afc cellar-dwellers have good defences, wildly inconsistent offences.
Cowboys at Jets, 2:25 p.m.: antidote for a two-game losing streak? J-e-t-s, Jets, Jets, Jets!
Steelers at Chargers, 6:20 p.m.: devlin Hodges, Pittsburgh’s likely starting Qb, played at samford. Not stanford, samford.
Lions at Packers, Monday, 6:15 p.m.: best matchup of the week. Nice to see it on MNF.
BYES: bills, bears, colts, raiders.
