HARVEST MOON
While we’re snuggling around a firepit, toasting sweater weather by the celestial orb’s silvery light, we’ll be sipping this spicy creation by Dave Fauteux, mixologist at the Two Black Sheep bar in Hamilton, Ont. Inspired by autumn in the Niagara region, Fauteux actually designed this cocktail with Thanksgiving in mind: “It’s perfect for after dinner, with cider made from pressing apples left over from the pies you’ve made.”
