As the saying goes: “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars,” or, if you’re really lucky, you’ll wind up sipping an out-of-this-world cocktail from Toronto’s Geraldine, a joint inspired by bon-vivant New Orleans circa 1900. Mixologist Michael Mooney dreamed up this fruity sipper for a wedding, inspired by the heavenly bodies: “Binary stars revolve around each other but from a distance appear as one—kind of like the union of marriage.”
