There’s nothing kid-friendly about this crisp and spirit-forward sour-meetssalty drink from Montreal resto Tripes & Caviar, whose food isn’t child’s play either: “What we serve is outside most people’s comfort zone; we focus on offals,” says mixologist Mélanie Aumais. “We take parts people don’t like and make sure they love them by the end of the evening!”
