Chef turned cocktail creator Mélanie Aumais loves
unusual inspiration for her drink menu, but when it comes to her standby sipper, she goes classic every time. “The negroni,” she says. “It’s got the perfect balance of the sweetness of the vermouth, the bitterness of the Campari and the spice of the gin.” It’s not unlike her own mixology philosophy: “Savoury.
