St. John’s, N.L., native Shane Beehan started tending bar because he wanted to learn a craft. “I am inspired by the lineage of great bartenders,” says the 29-year-old. His best-honed skill? Oldfashioned customer service. “I curate an experience for every guest who walks in the door, whether it be conversation, advice or a cocktail.”
