RECIPE
11/ 2 oz. (45 mL) Disaronno
3/4 oz. (22.5 mL) Scotch
3/4 oz. (22.5 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. (15 mL) simple syrup
1 egg white
1 dash chocolate bitters
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled coupe, garnish with a cherry and enjoy.
