Drama often prevails on the fall/winter runways, with dark and moody styles hinting at creative melancholy. The f/w 2016 collections, however, exhibited the kind of power and punch that comes with a rush toward newness. The trend that topped our list was a revved-up take on sports gear, which we took to the track to test drive (page 115). Enjoy the ride!
