The gig New York- and L.A.-based Gots styled our cover star’s lus­cious locks. “Ash­ley ex­udes con­fi­dence—we all have some­thing to learn from a wo­man like her.” In­sider tricks “Good com­mu­ni­ca­tion, tak­ing di­rec­tion and adding my sig­na­ture to the looks are my most ef­fec­tive tools. I also use a leaf blower to blow the hair around. It’s a bit strange us­ing a power tool on a model like that, but it works.”

The gig This Smiths Falls, Ont., na­tive has el­e­vated many of the pages in this mag­a­zine with her de­sign tal­ents. “The of­fice re­ally feels like home. I’ve al­ready started mov­ing my plants in!” Fan girl “I’d love to work with Edie Camp­bell. She al­ways looks ef­fort­lessly cool no mat­ter how much her look changes. Plus, we share the same last name—for all I know, she could be my long-lost Bri­tish cousin.”
