Here’s how M.A.C Cosmetics Studio Eye Gloss (in Next Up Neon and Clear as Glass, $26 each) was used to create two dramatically different looks: 1. At Altuzarra, Tom Pecheux, makeup artist for M.A.C Cosmetics, rimmed eyes with black liner before layering on an orange-hued version of the gloss. “We want the girls to look like they were in the water, their makeup ran down a little bit and now they’re rushing to put on a dress,” said Pecheux. 2. At Lacoste, the only makeup used on an otherwise-bare face was a sweep of clear gloss across the lids for a clean, sporty look.
